Welcome to the Purchasing Portal for the Municipality of Thames Centre. Vendors can locate contracting opportunities matching their profile, view documents and/or submit responses online all through this portal.

The Municipality of Thames Centre is currently using bids&tenders™ for procurement management. If you are not a current subscriber to bids&tenders™, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of opportunities and submit bids to the Municipality of Thames Centre. An unlimited Subscription to bids&tenders™ is available. Pay once and access all agencies using bids&tenders in Canada. For those who choose not to subscribe, there is a one-time fee option per bid opportunity.  As always, any public bid posted on the bids&tenders platform can be previewed at no cost.

The Municipality of Thames Centre does not charge any document, project or administrative fees to bidders. The annual subscription to bids&tenders is the only charge you will incur to place unlimited bids for Municipality business.

This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website.  

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

Viewing Bids

Open bids appear below, however by using the status dropdown list you may search historical bids by selecting a status such as awarded, closed, cancelled, etc.

Unofficial bid results for Tender opportunities are usually posted the same day as the bid closes.

Please contact Sara Henshaw at shenshaw@thamescentre.on.ca if you wish to find the result of an archived Tender from 2021 or earlier.
